The continued need to support our clients in their supplemental and permanent staffing needs dictates that Accede Solutions Inc. must utilize every possible resource to reach reliable, qualified personnel. Over the years, we have found personal referrals by employees and candidates to be one our most effective and mutually rewarding sources. The relationships we have developed with hundreds of thousands of technical personnel and the word-of-mouth referral process have satisfied numerous customer requirements and helped to foster the growth of our company.
With prior arrangement, we will pay a fee, commensurate with experience and market availability, for a referred candidate who remains with our client for a minimum of 45 days.
